It has been a long day. We were at Intercontinental Airport at an early hour and finally have reached our destination at Hotel Miravalle in Gualan, Guatemala. It is now 7:07, 8:07 Houston time. the traffic was rough as we left Guatemala City, so it delayed us by about an hour.Here is a picture of our team (minus Bruce taking the picture) with our host and coworker Nilss.
We have our rooms and have seen all the improvements made since we were last here one year ago. the hotel is really expanding to handle American mission teams because it is such a super place to stay. Jeronimo, our very favorite chef is here, so we will be eating well.
God is certainly blessing our start. Tomorrow we worship with our families and hope to see some of the previous builds we have made.
